Refund Policy

For Employers:

  • Refunds for job postings or premium services are available within 7 days of purchase if no candidates have applied.
  • No refunds are issued after a successful hire.

For Job Seekers:

  • Payments made for premium access or services are non-refundable.

Conditions for Refund:

  • Proof of service failure must be provided.
  • Refund requests should be emailed to grover_rajeev@yhoo.com within 7 days of the transaction.
